«Osteria degli Ubertini is a traditional trattoria in Pigneto, both for the retro atmosphere and the roman dishes. Since I went on a Thursday, I ordered the gnocchi, really good, I think even homemade. The polpette al sugo were also very good, and of course I did a great scarpetta at the end. It's an authentic place without too many frills where you eat well, I recommend it.»
