About La cucina Nazionale
Since 1938, La Cucina Nazionale has been offering, in the Castro Pretorio neighborhood, a typical Italian cuisine with a wide variety of Roman dishes alongside classics of the national tradition.
Among the offerings are saltimbocca alla romana, baccalà, spaghetti alla carbonara, amatriciana and homemade cannelloni. The grill offers a selection of bistecche alla fiorentina, hamburgers, pollo allo spiedo and other specialties, while the wood-fired oven produces stuffed calzoni, crostini and pizze prepared according to different recipes, from the most classic to the most unusual.
