For over half a century, Cristina has worked with her chefs to create a refined, seasonal cuisine rich in authentic flavors, where every dish pays homage to tradition while embracing a contemporary outlook. The open grill, with its charcoal cooking, enhances the quality of the ingredients and offers a unique sensory experience. Alongside Cristina, her daughter Caterina curates a prestigious and carefully selected wine list: with over 900 labels, our wine list places particular emphasis on great Italian and French wines, offering guests a journey of flavor in an intimate and welcoming atmosphere. The wine cellar at Al Ceppo is the beating heart of our restaurant, a space cared for with dedication and vision. Entrusted to the sensibility of Caterina and Federico, it stems from a passionate search that unites small artisanal producers with great prestigious labels, favoring quality, authenticity, and respect for the environment.
