Ours is Roman cuisine, the real thing, but with a modern touch. We respect the traditional dishes and every now and then we give them a little twist. Romans who've known us forever come here, but also lots of tourists arriving from all over the world. We have a staff that takes care of you from start to finish and a carefully chosen wine list.
