“Hello everyone, I'm Alessandro Camponeschi, owner of a restaurant in Piazza Farnese, right across from the French Embassy, in the setting of... a historic 1500s building, Palazzo Mandosi Mignanelli. For several decades I've been running this restaurant with the mission of carrying on a family tradition that, in a few years, will mark 100 years of the business carrying out this mission, this profession, in Roma. We carry forward a context of tradition with a cuisine that ranges from traditional Roman cuisine to fish-based cuisine, and for us the only true mission is to fulfill our customers' expectations. “The first thing we offer our customers is fish, both cooked and raw, so tartare, carpaccio and more, but Roman cuisine is always a fundament...al part of what we offer and often follows the seasons too. So we have everything from carciofi alla romana to spaghetti alla gricia, to baccalà in umido with raisins and pine nuts, to the classic scottadito di agnello, while in our fish cuisine another signature dish of ours is the triglie seared on a bed of small potatoes and carciofi alla romana with a light pesto di basilico.
