In the heart of Trastevere, overlooking one of the most characteristic little squares in the neighborhood, Ombre Rosse Caffè holds a long and fascinating history: first a bar latteria, immortalized in the post-war film "Carmen di Trastevere," then a bar and cinema, followed by a cultural association, until it became in 1993 the wine bar known today. An address that weaves together Roman tradition and American influences: the first courses follow the Roman recipe, the main courses the American one, accompanied by appetizers, tasty bites, and homemade desserts. To drink, a selection of quality beers and an excellent wine list, ideal for an authentic stop in the heart of Trastevere.
