In 1962, Ivo Stefanelli started his business in Rome, in the popular neighborhood of Trastevere, together with his wife Romana. With just one room and an oven, Ivo used the small space to start preparing desserts and pizzas. Rapidly gaining popularity, he became the reference point for the entire neighborhood. In fact, our logo represents his passion for Trastevere and for football. In the '70s and '80s, Ivo Stefanelli founded and chaired the football team "Ivo a Trastevere". The team, supported by the whole neighborhood, was a symbol of unity and pride for Trastevere. Today, Ivo a Trastevere is run by Ivo's grandchildren, who continue to cook and serve the family tradition, specializing in pizzas and classic dishes of Roman cuisine.
