About Del Giglio
Since 1900 Del Giglio has been the point of reference for singers and maestros of the Teatro dell'Opera di Roma, to which the restaurant has always been linked.
It is located at Via Torino 137, in the heart of Castro Pretorio, just steps from the Teatro dell'Opera. The kitchen offers dishes of Italian, Mediterranean and Roman tradition, including abbacchio al forno, baccalà in guazzetto, coda alla vaccinara and the bolliti misti trolley.
