L'Oste del Boschetto was born from the desire to convey the warmth of a home, that safe place to return to and feel welcomed.
For us, cooking means taking care of you: that's why every day we prepare fresh pasta by hand, fettuccine, tonnarelli, ravioli, to bring tradition, flavors, and timeless memories to the table. True Roman cuisine, between tradition and passion. The restaurant is located in Rione Monti, one of the oldest and most authentic neighborhoods of Rome, always a meeting point for gathering and sharing. It is here that the osteria takes on its truest meaning: a simple and welcoming space where, yesterday as today, food becomes an occasion for encounter, conviviality, and storytelling.
