Bellacarne is a kosher meat restaurant in the Ghetto Ebraico of Roma, in the Sant'Angelo quarter.
The establishment combines giudaico-romanesca cuisine with selected 100% kosher meats, in an atmosphere of contemporary hospitality in the heart of the city's Jewish quarter. On the table arrive recipes from the Jewish-Roman tradition, homemade pasta and bread, Kosher Delight cured meats, and selected cuts of meat: a recognizable, carefully crafted cuisine rooted in Roma.
