Fonzie Burgers was born in 2012 among the streets of the Jewish ghetto of Rome, from the idea of brothers David and Daniel Gai: to create a gourmet burger joint in compliance with Kasherut, the dietary laws of the Torah according to Jewish doctrine. In the restaurant, located in the Nomentano district, you can find more than 20 types of burgers, from the simplest to the spiciest, from classic versions to extra-giant ones, accompanied by french fries, onion rings and numerous other specialties. Fonzie Burgers' presence in Rome has expanded over time with the opening of new outlets: on via della Vite 53 in 2020, on viale dei Colli Portuensi 157 in 2022, and on via Flaminia 585 in 2023.
