La Gatta Mangiona is a pizzeria born from the conviction that the quality of raw ingredients is the foundation of a good pizza. From the very beginning, the restaurant has paid particular attention to the study of the dough, experimenting with different maturation processes and carefully selecting ingredients. This journey has led to a gradual transformation of the doughs, up to the one currently used, and to the creation of signature pizzas and supplì. In the Monteverde neighborhood, La Gatta Mangiona offers a wide range of pizzas and fried dishes, alongside appetizers, first courses and homemade desserts.
