It all began with papà Luigi and mamma Tina, founders of a trattoria that has managed to keep the spirit of Roman tradition intact, passing it down from generation to generation with a management that remains largely family-run to this day. A journey of passion and sacrifice that the Comune di Roma recognized in 1985, awarding the establishment the title of "Bottega Storica."
