L'Arcangelo, in the heart of Prati just a few steps from Piazza Cavour, is the restaurant of Roman chef Arcangelo Dandini, who here offers traditional cuisine from the Capital reinterpreted according to his own taste sensibility. Born in 1962 in the Castelli Romani, Dandini is a true-blooded Roman and belongs to the fourth generation of a family historically tied to the restaurant business, longtime keepers of the flavors and customs of Roman cuisine. The setting, furnished with period pieces and family photographs, creates a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere, perfect for letting oneself be carried away by the memories of generations of Roman restaurateurs.
