About La Soffitta Renovatio
In the heart of Prati, La Soffitta Renovatio is a pizzeria restaurant and cocktail bar run by the Di Michele family, historic Roman restaurateurs who already ran La Soffitta and Forno della Soffitta on Via dei Villini in the 1990s.
The kitchen offers traditional Abruzzese and Roman specialties, alongside the pizza napoletana that Massimo and Stefano Di Michele first brought to Rome in 1990. The menu ranges between meat and fish and gluten-free dishes, with daily specials designed according to the fresh arrivals of the day. Particular care is dedicated to the selection of ingredients, personally chosen by Massimo and Stefano to guarantee quality and authenticity in every dish.
