In Trastevere, Mama Eat brings to the table the cuisine of Mamma Marcella, with the entire menu also available in a gluten-free and lactose-free version. Celiac herself, Marcella is today considered a true savior for those who suffer from celiac disease: with love, courage and a maternal spirit she has transformed her personal experience into a new discovery of taste and inclusion. This is why the restaurant hosts two kitchens, because equality is a value to be shared, especially at the table: two pizza ovens, two chefs and two teams, dedicated to gluten-free, lactose-free or both dishes. The only difference lies in the recipes. From a small neighborhood pizzeria the adventure of Mama Eat was born, which today counts nine restaurants. In each of them Marcella has brought her vision: ensuring that no one feels excluded, because at the table there is room for everyone.
