Opened on September 23, 2009 on via degli Specchi, in the heart of Rione Regola, Open Baladin Rome is the flagship venue of the OPEN project, born from the idea of creating spaces open to the free circulation of people, beers, ideas and creativity. A place where Italian brewing culture meets the cosmopolitan energy of the Capital. The menu offers the great classics of the Baladin tradition: gourmet burgers, the famous fatate (freshly cut potato chips), galletto and stinco alla birra, along with other dishes designed to pair well with beer.
