Behind every name there's a real place, scattered across eighty-seven different corners of Rome, but so far only eleven have chosen to be told about by voice rather than rely on a printed menu. The Ristorante Roof Garden Hotel Forum, in Monti, remains the most listened to: a sign that those looking for an address prefer to hear it described by whoever runs it, rather than read it on a flyer.
